1 Acceptance of Terms

This document serves as an agreement between hi111 ("we", "our", "platform") and the user ("you", "member"). Using the hi111 website or services means you have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.

If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please refrain from using the hi111 platform. For any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years old to participate on hi111. Opening an account or playing games by anyone under this age is strictly prohibited.

The following eligibility requirements must be met to register on hi111:

  • You must be at least 21 years old (for those aged 21 and above only).
  • You must have a valid personal account in your own name.
  • All information you provide must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
  • You must not have been previously expelled or permanently banned by hi111.
  • You must not be a resident of any country or region where the use of such services is legally prohibited.

hi111 may request the necessary documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide accurate information may result in account suspension or cancellation.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account on hi111, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all associated accounts.

3.2 Password and Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Sharing your password with third parties is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the hi111 support team immediately.

You are fully responsible for all activities carried out through your account. hi111 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure the security of our platform, hi111 may conduct a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process at any time. This process may require submission of a national identity card, passport, or similar documents. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if verification has not been completed.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

The following methods are currently available for making deposits on hi111: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

Minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method). The deposit amount should be credited accurately and directly to your hi111 account.

All deposit transactions are secured through SSL encryption. Deposits made through third parties or from another person's account are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply for withdrawing funds from hi111:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
  • Withdrawals can only be made using the same method through which the original deposit was made.
  • Withdrawal requests may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
  • hi111 reserves the right to review withdrawal requests in cases of suspicious activity.

4.3 Currency

hi111 operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All transactions, balances, and bonuses will be displayed in Taka.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on hi111 can receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000; and if you deposit ৳32,000 you will receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳47,000.

5.2 Bonus Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must place bets 15 times (15x) the bonus amount. Important note: wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 total bets required — after which funds earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Usage Terms

  • Each promotion may have its own specific terms, which will be stated on that promotion's page.
  • Bonuses may not be transferred to or sold to third parties.
  • Taking advantage of bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • hi111 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • If abuse of the bonus policy is detected, the account may be cancelled and the bonus forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

hi111's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.3% at Silver, 0.5% at Gold, 0.6% at Platinum, and 0.8% at Diamond. There is an opportunity to advance to higher tiers through regular and active play.

6 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

hi111 is committed to ensuring fair play. Our games are operated through accredited software providers and all outcomes rely on Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

  • The rules for each game are described in detail on that game's page.
  • If a game result is voided due to a technical error, hi111 will refund the relevant bet amount.
  • In sports betting, even if live odds change after a bet is placed, the odds at the time of placing the bet will apply.
  • If any dispute arises over a game result, hi111's system logs will be considered as the final evidence.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hi111 platform:

  • Opening or operating multiple accounts.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
  • Using bots, automated software, or any unfair advantage-enabling technology.
  • Bonus fraud or system manipulation.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
  • Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform and taking advantage of it without informing hi111.
  • Playing games on behalf of minors or operating an account for them.
  • Threatening, harassing, or behaving abusively toward other users.
Consequences: If any of the above activities are detected, hi111 may suspend or cancel the account without notice and forfeit the balance. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

  • Your personal information will not be sold to third parties.
  • All transactions and data are secured through SSL encryption.

9 Limitation of Liability

hi111 is committed to operating a safe and reliable platform. However, hi111 will not be liable in the following cases:

  • Loss caused by the user's own negligence or mistakes.
  • A game session being interrupted due to internet disconnection.
  • Delays resulting from technical errors by third-party payment gateways.
  • Unforeseen technical disruptions, server downtime, or force majeure situations.
  • Any loss resulting from the user sharing their login details with others.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any outstanding balance before account closure will be returned subject to the applicable withdrawal conditions being met.

10.2 Closure or Suspension at hi111's Initiative

hi111 reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account for the following reasons:

  • Any violation of these terms and conditions.
  • Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
  • Suspicion of involvement in money laundering or illegal activities.
  • Failure to complete KYC information verification.
  • Extended inactivity (beyond a defined period).

In the event of account cancellation, any fair balance will be returned unless it has been forfeited as a result of a bonus policy violation.

11 Changes and Amendments

hi111 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes by email or through a notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be taken to mean that you have accepted the revised terms and conditions. It is therefore advised to review this page regularly.
